Job Description

The Assistant PM - High Impact Construction - Wash D.C. will be responsible for:

  • Assist in managing ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+ from planning through completion
  • Support scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and subcontractor coordination
  • Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure project accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with field teams to maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Utilize Procore, PlanGrid, Sage 300 Timberline, and Textura to track project progress and documentation
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to project reporting and closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant PM - High Impact Construction - Wash D.C. should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
  • Experience supporting at least one ground-up building project
  • Background working on multifamily, healthcare, education, or institutional projects
  • Proven experience on projects valued at $20M or greater
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with Procore and PlanGrid (Sage 300 Timberline and Textura preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
