Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and damages, and verify against purchase orders
- Accurately label, package, and document shipments in compliance with carrier requirements
- Schedule pickups and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight companies)
- Maintain shipping logs, tracking information, and delivery confirmations
- Organize and stock inventory; assist with cycle counts and audits
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or lost packages
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
