Job Details- Setting: Hospital MRI department
- Location: Washington Township, NJ 08012
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM
- Shifts Per Week: 3
- Weekly Hours: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,240 - $2,400
- Schedule Notes: Every 3rd weekend required; up to 4 on-call shifts if needed
- Start Date: 10/5/2026
- Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist or MRI tech experience
- Valid New Jersey radiology or MRI license required at time of submission
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Epic charting experience required
- Adult MRI imaging experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain strong attention to detail
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Perform high-quality MRI exams for adult patients in a hospital setting
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process clearly
- Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols
- Start peripheral IVs and administer contrast media as needed
- Utilize PACS and Epic systems for charting and image workflow
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support smooth patient care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-focused imaging environment
- Support a variety of MRI studies, including brain, abdomen, spine, extremity, and angiographic exams
