Procurement Engineering Manager with Security Clearance

Job Number 724174BR Description: You will be the Procurement Engineering Manager for the Procurement Engineering team.

• 3 Production efforts and reducing risk in the supply base.

What You Will Be Doing As the Procurement Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a high-performing group of engineers, driving standardized processes, and delivering cost- and schedule-focused solutions.

• Lead a team of Procurement Engineers supporting PAC-3 Production.
• Provide training and coaching to standardize and streamline production processes.
• Support Production Supply Chain Management Teams and manage risk/opportunity initiatives.
• Manage the Statement of Requirements (SOR) and participate in change-management activities.
• Conduct capacity and capability analysis and facilitate process-improvement actions such as PFMEA, failure investigations, and corrective actions.

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Technical background in SOR Management, Performance Specification Management, and Drawing Analysis
• Experience interfacing with Manufacturing & Supplier Quality, Production Control, Supply Chain and Program Leadership, Production Manufacturing & Engineering
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with second source efforts
• Risk and Opportunity Management

• Green Belt or Black Belt Certified
• Working knowledge of Windchill
• Experience with Capacity Modeling and Analysis
• Familiarity with aerospace/defense regulatory requirements (AS9100, ITAR, IPC standards) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
