First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Assignment Requirement: Travelers must wait 18 months before returning as a traveler from last shift worked to start date
Required Certifications
BLS (Basic Life Support)NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
Floating Requirements
Candidates must be comfortable floating to various units and patient populations, including:
MS-MSMS-ICU task
MS-ER/MS holds
ICU-ICU
ICU-MS task or limit of 3
ICU-ER/ICU holds
Additional Information
Travelers will be assigned a home unit on the first day of orientationHome Unit: 6 North Trauma Surgical
