Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Assisting in managing ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through close-out.
- Supporting scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
- Tracking project progress, RFIs, submittals, and change orders using Procore and PlanGrid.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contract requirements.
- Maintaining accurate cost reporting and assisting with pay applications and forecasting.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role.
- Experience supporting at least one ground-up construction project.
- Background in multi-family, healthcare, education, or institutional construction.
- Experience working on projects values at $20M+.
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft office.
- Experience with Procore and PlanGrid; Sage 300 Timberline and Textura preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
