Responsibilities
Fabrication: Measuring, cutting, and joining metal components to create panels, gates, and structural supports.Blueprint Reading: Interpreting technical drawings and measurements to ensure products meet specific layout requirements and tolerances
Welding Techniques: Utilizing standard welding processes—most commonly MIG or Stick
Equipment and Maintenance Repair: Beyond new fabrication, the role often involves repairing heavy-duty items like compactors, metal containers, and carts used in the facility
The essential functions of this role include:- working in a smoke free environment
