Responsibilities for an Order Management & Logistics Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Manage order release, order control, and backorder review to ensure timely processing of all shippable orders
- Handle RMA processing, returns coordination, and pickup scheduling, including follow-ups on unsuccessful pickups
- Coordinate delivery scheduling, shipment confirmation, and carrier communication, including packing lists and daily delivery plans
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional communication with Sales, Service, and Operations teams
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain
- Strong skills in data tracking, reporting, and inventory management systems (ERP/WMS preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Excellent communication and coordination skills working across departments
- Pay: $22/hour
- Shift: [Insert Shift Details – e.g., Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM]

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
