Maintenance Technician (General Maintenance) (FT Temporary)

LATAVCO (Prime Vendor) needs a Maintenance Technician to start with our higher educational clients (Facilities Services) at the North Houston, TX location close to Tomball, TX. The contract starts as soon as possible and is a Full-Time Temporary contract.

The temporary contract role pay is up to $25.00 per hour on w2. This is onsite shift, Monday to Friday from 7 am CT to 3:30 pm CT with a 30 minutes lunch.

Essential Job Functions

(link removed) Any maintenance work at an office building or an Apartment complex is nice to have. Some Electrical, HVAC and/or Light Plumbing experience.

(link removed) Adaptive and Flexible as this is a fast pace environment and you must be willing to stop what you are doing to fix an urgent issue.

(link removed) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and can handle day-to-day activities.

Required Qualifications:

(link removed) High school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

(link removed) Certifications are nice to have. Ability to obtain a certification if needed in the future.
