Job Description- Supporting the APMs, PEs, and other project managers as needed
- Project planning from precon to completion on ground up projects and occupied spaces
- Master schedule creation and ensuring deadlines are met
- Lead weekly OAC meetings along with Supers or Project Executives
- Review and approve change orders, RFIs
- Review documentation from PEs and APMs
- Client and architecture communication

The Successful Applicant- 6-8 years of experience in project management preferably with a general contractor
- Experience with projects $15M +
- Experience running ground up projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project
- Experience in healthcare preferred or commercial, manufacturing, pharma, and higher ed
- Bachelors degree in construction management or similar

- Preconstruction experience
- Estimating experience
- Experience with occupied spaces
- Scheduling experience
