Job Description
The Project Manager - Base Building - Washington, D.C. will be responsible for:
- Leading project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Managing subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitoring project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Overseeing financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Base Building - Washington, D.C. should have:
- 5+ years of project manaagement experience with a general contractor
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale, ground up commercial and/or multifamiliy construction projects from start to completion
- Comfortable working on projects $40M+
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
