Horticulture Technician
Employment Type: Temporary
Schedule: Part-time | Weekdays, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM(Consistent days each week required)
Position Overview
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Horticultural Technician to support indoor and on-site plant care at client locations in the Dallas area. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for plants who enjoys working independently while delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine plant maintenance, including watering, pruning, cleaning, and general care
- Monitor plant health and identify issues such as pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies
- Maintain a consistent weekly schedule to ensure proper plant care and watering cycles
- Communicate plant health concerns or service needs to the supervisor promptly
- Provide professional, courteous service while working on client sites
- Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or plant care preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to plant health
- Dependable and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
- Prior experience working in commercial or client-facing environments
- Familiarity with identifying common plant pests and diseases
- Flexible, part-time schedule
- Hands-on work with plants in a professional setting
- Ideal short-term opportunity for plant enthusiasts or horticulture professionals
Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
