- Support: 1:1 student support within a highly individualized, BCBA-driven program
- Supervision: Onsite BCBA provides supervision, programming, and support
- Pay Rate: $32-$36 Per Hour
Role Overview:
As a School Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized behavioral support to students with challenging behaviors who need assistance accessing instruction in their current educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students within a structured school-based program
- Implement behavior intervention plans and programming under BCBA supervision
- Support students with challenging behaviors in accessing instruction and participating in school routines
- Collect data and communicate student progress to the BCBA and school team
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success
Qualifications:
- Behavior Technician certification
- Experience supporting students with challenging behaviors preferred
- Ability to follow BCBA-driven programming and behavior support plans
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
