As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for a variety of customer service tasks including answering client questions, processing loans and payments, and proactively reaching out to customers to offer support and assistance. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a great communicator with a talent for building rapport with customers.Previous customer care experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.

Job Types: Full-time
Schedule:
- Sunday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday & Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: OFF (Your midweek reset!)
- Friday & Saturday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Salary: $17/hr ($18/hr- Sat/Sun).
Weekend Pay differential.
Expected hours: 40 per week
