Job Description- Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any project challenges effectively.
- Manage procurement of materials and ensure cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Lead project teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Structural Steel and Concrete should have:
- A solid understanding of construction practices, particularly in structural steel and concrete projects.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Competitive salary between $150000 and $180000 USD.
