Med Surg / LDRP

• Patient Load: Small team environment with a low patient count (average of 7 total).
• Ratios: Typically 1 nurse to 3 patients (ranges from 1:2 to 1:4).

• Preferred: Experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, or Med-Surg is a plus, but not required.
• Training: You’ll get hands-on training on-site.
• Certifications: You need BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, and TNCC within your first year. If you don't have them yet, the hospital will provide the training and certification for you
