Job Description
As the Assistant Superintendent, you will support onsite field operations and report directly to the Lead Superintendent on active multifamily developments.- Assist with daily site operations on mid‑rise, ground‑up multifamily projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and trade sequencing
- Support schedule updates using Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Help enforce safety standards, quality control, and site compliance
- Participate in subcontractor and project team meetings
- Track punch list items and assist with commissioning and close‑out
- Contribute to a collaborative, safety‑first jobsite culture

The Successful Applicant
For the Assistant Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- Experience supporting field operations on multifamily or mixed‑use projects
- Exposure to ground‑up construction preferred
- Understanding of subcontractor coordination and jobsite logistics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling software
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning
- Base salary: $80,000-$105,000
- Monthly truck allowance: $500
- Phone stipend: $90 per month or company phone
- Health & wellness stipend: $100 per month
- Health & dental insurance: 100% employer‑paid for employee
- Paid time off: 13 days to start + 6 paid holidays
- 401(k): 3% employer contribution
