Job Description
This Technical Program Manager will be:
- Coordinating project cost, schedule, and performance across programs
- Serving as the primary customer point of contact
- Leading project meetings and presenting status to stakeholders
- Developing and managing risk assessments and mitigation plans
- Creating project plans, feasibility assessments, and compliance matrices
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and internal regulations
- Leading cross-functional program teams and communications
- Tracking schedules, budgets, and phase review objectives
- Allocating and tracking resources, equipment, and materials
- Coordinating with sales and marketing on customer communications
- Traveling occasionally to customer and international sites

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Technical Program Manager will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of project or program management experience
- 10+ years of overall professional experience
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and comply with ITAR regulations
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 9/80 work schedule supporting work-life balance
