Work to be accomplished

• Create and curate AI training curriculum and learning assets for TxDOT employees, with emphasis on:
• Microsoft Copilot
• Google Gemini
• Other AI-enabled, enterprise-approved productivity platforms
• Assist with identifying and organizing training topics, learning paths, and practical use cases aligned to business productivity and governance guidance
• Review, coordinate, and maintain updates to the AI Program SharePoint site, ensuring content remains current, clear, and accessible
• Support AI communications and awareness activities as requested by AI Program leadership

• Provide operational support to the ECM Program Manager, including:
• Coordinating periodic meetings with the core ECM Program team
• Supporting cross-platform ECM enablement efforts (e.g., SharePoint, Box, OnBase, DocuSign)
• Planning and coordinating the launch of an ECM Community of Practice to complement the ECM user groups
• Help align ECM-related training and guidance with broader AI enablement efforts where applicable
• Assist with content organization and updates to ECM-related SharePoint or collaboration spaces

1. 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
