Chiropractic office in Durango is looking for a Front Desk Care Coordinator. You will be the smiling face that greets our wonderful patients, helps them with scheduling, and payments. The ideal candidate must be organized, friendly, and have an attention to detail.
Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
Manage patient care, scheduling, and payments
Day to day organization and record keeping
Manage check-in and check-out procedures
Previous experience in customer service
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
We are a tight knit team that focuses on positivity and clarity for a happy work/life balance. Our office is open 3 days a week. $20-$25+/hr Bonus and benefits available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients upon arrivalAnswer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
Manage patient care, scheduling, and payments
Day to day organization and record keeping
Manage check-in and check-out procedures
Keep records of patients transactions
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in customer service
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in general computer software
