As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our company's databases and records. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing large amounts of data, ensuring that all information is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain accurate data in the company's databases and systems
- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and processes to accurately input data
- Follow data integrity and security policies to maintain confidentiality
- Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in data entry
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with automotive parts and industry terminology is a plus
