Minimum 2 years MS/Telemetry RN experience (acute care required; neuro experience preferred) / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) required / Schedule: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 36 hrs/week, 13 weeks, 6–9 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule, holiday rotation possible, rare call for low census / Start Date: 05/11/2026 / Unit: MS/Tele Float (Telemetry) / Skills Required: Strong MS/Tele experience, heparin drip management required, experience with cardiac, neuro, post-surgical, and general med patients / Patient Ratio: 1:5–6 / Equipment: Vents, CPAP, BiPAP / EMR: EPIC / Floating: Required across ICU (low acuity holds), PCU/Stepdown, MS-Tele and rarely within Zone 5 facilities / Scrubs: Any color / Additional: Schedule made in 6-week blocks by leadership, flexibility required, must be in-state for orientation week, 60-mile radius rule applies (DL required), 1–2 days unit orientation with preceptor / PAY NEGOTIABLE
