- Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 11:00 Am to 08:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
- Monitor progress of delivery routes.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1 year of experience in call center environment
- High school diploma or GED

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
