Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory therapy care and interventions per physician orders and hospital protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust therapies as needed
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in Meditech EMR
• Maintain equipment and ensure infection control standards are upheld
• Provide airway management and patient assessment during night shifts
• Float across hospital departments as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Adhere to state licensure and certification requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related healthcare field
• Valid RRT certification
• State licensure for Ohio
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1+ years of recent hospital respiratory therapy experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Experience floating across hospital departments
