Are you a therapist who enjoys working with a varied caseload — individuals, teens, adults, and couples? Our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and marketing so you can stay focused on what you do best: great clinical work. Clients are carefully matched to therapists based on clinical interest and fit — so you're working with people you're genuinely passionate about helping.

Requirements- Active California license or associate registration required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples required
- Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred
- Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities)
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)
