Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the North Princeton area. The ideal candidate must be a local professional with strong experience in home health and OASIS documentation, capable of managing a high patient volume efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation
- Manage a high patient volume of 5–6 visits per day
- Maintain detailed and compliant patient records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols
Requirements:
- Active New Jersey RN License (required)
- Must be a local candidate for North Princeton area
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience
- Mandatory experience with OASIS documentation
- Experience in a high-volume home health setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Schedule:
- Includes 1 weekend every 4 weeks (rotation required)
Work Environment:
- Field-based role covering the North Princeton, NJ area
