Job Description- Lead manufacturing process improvement initiatives
- Drive automation and capital equipment projects
- Optimize production workflows and plant layout
- Analyze manufacturing data and performance metrics
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation
- Support new product introduction efforts
- Mentor junior engineers and technical personnel
- Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues
- Lead cost reduction and productivity improvement projects
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with automation and capital projects
- CAD experience preferred
- Project management experience strongly preferred
- Competitive salary between $100,000 and $125,000 USD.
