- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades
- Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using an online portal system for work orders and updates
- HVAC technicians must have EPA certification
- General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
- W9 with valid Tax ID required
- Completion of onboarding and portal training required before receiving work orders
