Home Health LPN
Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse in Longview, TX. This is an on-site opportunity. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:
Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experienceType: Two-month contract
Schedule: 32 hours guaranteed, 8:00AM – 4:30 (Monday-Friday)
On Call/Weekend Requirement: NoneCoverage Areas: Longview and surrounding 50 mile radius
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing interventions to homebound patients including disease/medication education and skilled tasks such as wound care, ostomy care, catheter care, etc.
- LABS
- PICC LINE CARE
- IV MEDICATIONS
- FOLEY CATHETHER/OSTOMY CARE
- VITAL SIGNS
- MEDICATION RECONCILIATION
- DOCUMENT IN HCHB
- REPORT ALL PATIENT CHANGES TO RN IN OFFICE AND PHYSICIAN
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in Texas
- CPR Certification
- Experience in Home Health
- Skilled in documentation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent Weekly Pay
