Fieldglass Specialist
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Fieldglass Specialist who can step in on day one and independently manage all onboarding and worker lifecycle activities within the Fieldglass portal. This is not a training role - we need someone who already lives and breathes Fieldglass and can operate with little to no guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and execute end-to-end onboarding within the Fieldglass portal
- Process new worker submissions, onboarding tasks, and approvals seamlessly
- Create and manage change orders without disrupting active accounts
- Handle extensions for temporary workers accurately and efficiently
- Maintain data integrity and compliance across all Fieldglass entries
- Proactively track and follow up on pending actions with hiring managers and vendors
- Serve as the go-to Fieldglass expert, resolving issues quickly and independently
- Strong preference for East Coast (EST) candidates
- Open to Central Time (CST) if willing to support early hours
- College degree in Information Systems, Business, or related fields
- SAP Fieldglass certification is highly valued
- 3+ years of experience in VMS administration, procurement, or contractor management
- Proven, hands-on expertise with SAP Fieldglass
- Ability to navigate and execute all onboarding workflows without training
- Demonstrated ability to jump in immediately and add value from day one
