Facility Security Officer with Security Clearance
- Develop and implement robust Operations Security (OPSEC) programs designed to mitigate programmatic vulnerabilities and prevent inadvertent information disclosure
- Ensure strict adherence to facility security requirements, site-specific RMFs, and applicable security classification guidelines
- Support site-level needs to install, integrate, and operationalize system requirements, supporting the ingest, processing, formatting, uplink, downlink, and distribution of sensor data from manned and unmanned AISR assets supporting operations globally
- Administer physical security measures for C2ISR facilities and classified infrastructure
- Manage Visit Access Request (VAR) processes and coordinate security clearance verifications
- Conduct security briefings, debriefings, and training for personnel accessing secure facilities
- Monitor compliance with NISPOM, ICD 705, and other applicable security directives
- Coordinate with government security personnel on security incidents, violations, and corrective actions
- Maintain security documentation including security plans, access rosters, and incident reports
- Support security audits, inspections, and assessments Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with BS/BA, OR 6 years with MS/MA.
- 12+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (required at time of hire)
- Facility security management in DoD or IC environments
- OPSEC program development and implementation
- Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 705, and security classification guidelines
- Experience with RMF and security compliance requirements
- Physical security and access control systems
- C2ISR infrastructure security requirements
- Security incident management and reporting
- Work Environment:
- Location:Pope
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for facility security oversight
- Travel:Minimal travel; primarily on-site security operations
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification
- Experience supporting DoD, IC, or USSOCOM mission environments
- Familiarity with SCIF management and classified facility operations
- Background in AISR systems and sensor data security
- Experience with JPAS/DISS personnel security systems
- Knowledge of counterintelligence and insider threat programs Details Target Salary Range: $80,000
- $128,000.

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
