Job Description- Lead and manage residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals.
- Oversee and mentor junior carpenters to ensure quality work.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company and client standards.
- Manage material inventory and coordinate deliveries as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related challenges efficiently.

A successful Residential Lead Carpenter should have:
- NYC high end residential experience is a plus - for sure interview
- Proficiency in carpentry and construction techniques.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
