Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per-Diem (Flexible Scheduling Available)Compensation: Competitive Pay ($18.00 – $21.00/hour) + Weekly Pay + Paid Orientation
What You Will Do:
- Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, and medication reminders
- Support mobility and daily living activities, including walking, transfers, repositioning, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, including laundry and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Provide transportation and support for errands and appointments as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a respectful and engaging environment for clients
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team and document care accurately
- Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure high-quality, client-centered care
What You Will Have:
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
- Current TB screening/QuantiFERON or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
- Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care
