Job Description
• Report directly to the organization's most accomplished VP, who has been with the organization over 15 years.
• Receive comprehensive training, utilizing the organization's seasoned engineering team
• Receive Customer Designs, perform DFMA and Quoting
• Utilize your background in Metal Fabrication (Metal Stamping preferred, not required) to create and optimize Manufacturing Process.
• Communicate cross functionally between the in house design team, quality, sales, and senior leadership
• Create Relevant Engineering Documentation (BOMs, SOPs, Work Instructions)
• Manage external communications to outside vendors and customers

The Successful Applicant
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Engineering Background (Degree or Experience)
• Metal Fabrication Background Preferred (General Metal Fab, or Stamping Specifically)
• High level communication style
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
• LEAN / CI Experience
• Experience with BOMs, Process Routings and other Engineering documentation
• Customer facing Experience
• Experience with Product Quoting and Defining Manufacturing Processes

• Competitive Base Salary of $70,000 - $95,000 based on experience
• 2-3 Weeks of PTO in addition to 5 Personal Days
