- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (day shift)

- Number of Openings: 2 L&D RN positions
- Schedule Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery clinical experience as an L&D RN
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (PA RN)
- Ability to work every other weekend (EOW) and participate in team-based scheduling
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
- Preferred: current BLS; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) strongly preferred but not required
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to laboring mothers and newborns as a Labor & Delivery nurse
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, vital signs, and labor progression throughout admissions and deliveries
- Assist physicians and midwives during routine and complex deliveries
- Deliver postpartum education and newborn care teaching to patients and families (postpartum and newborn health)
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety and hospital policies
- Collaborate with obstetrics, neonatology, anesthesia, and unit-based teams to ensure optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes
