• Supporting daily on‑site construction activities across active projects
• Assisting with coordination and supervision of subcontractors and trade partners
• Helping manage site logistics, short‑term planning, and sequencing of work
• Enforcing safety standards and promoting a strong jobsite safety culture
• Monitoring progress and assisting with schedule adherence
• Participating in site meetings, inspections, and punch‑list activities
• Maintaining accurate field documentation and daily reporting
