Marketing Intern - Clique Hospitality

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to assist in executing traditional and digital marketing strategies. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with industry professionals, focusing on campaign creation, content development, event planning, and digital advertising within the hospitality industry.

JOB EXPECTATIONS

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid advertising, and website updates.
• Collaborate on content creation by writing copy, designing visuals with Canva, and capturing photos/videos.
• Monitor digital trends and campaign performance, and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
• Help manage community interactions, responding to reviews and inquiries on platforms like Yelp, Google, and TripAdvisor.
• Support email marketing campaigns and assist in developing influencer partnerships.

• Assist with the planning, marketing, and execution of events, weekly promotions, and activations.
• Develop creative campaigns and on-site shareable moments to boost engagement.
• Participate in onsite event execution, including setup, networking, and content capture.
• Work with graphic designers, photographers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Director and team as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and share fresh ideas for marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and organize marketing files, tools, and calendars.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

• Ability to work on a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to commute from Office location to corporate office and other venues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Creative mindset with a focus on detail and aesthetics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend events.
• Proficiency in platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, and basic photo/video editing tools.

• Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

• Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
• Must regularly lift and/move up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, or move around for extended periods.

• Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment but may include exposure to environmental factors such as noise, dust, and smoke.
• The role combines office-based tasks with onsite event participation in a fast-paced environment.
