Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of SNF and/or LTC experience for a 13-week day-shift assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Seattle, WA.
Details- Long-term care (LTC) / skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in Seattle, WA
- 13-week contract
- Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–16:30); 4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated
- Patient ratio of 1:15–25
- Charting system: Net Solutions
- No weekend, on-call, or float requirements within this unit
- Free on-site parking available
- Travelers may be required to float between facilities within the state
- Minimum 1 year of recent SNF and/or LTC physical therapy experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active PT license required if applicable
- COVID-19 primary series vaccination plus at least one booster required
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Local candidates within a 50–75 mile radius are accepted at the same rate
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of assignment
- RTO is minimal; a few days may be approved but significant time-off requests are discouraged
- Black scrubs required
- Pending license accepted
