Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery RN – Ohio
Start Date: June 15, 2026Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hours per week)
Highlights:
- High-volume Level 4 Labor & Delivery unit with approximately 450 deliveries per month
- Epic charting system utilized facility-wide
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
- 36-hour paid orientation to ensure smooth transition
- Two pre-approved time-off periods available per contract
- May require floating to antepartum or other units within the organization as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
- Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
- AWHONN Advanced or NCC C-EFM certification required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Proficiency in IV starts and full spectrum L&D skills including fetal monitoring, high-risk antepartum care, labor support, vaginal delivery, and circulating for cesarean sections
- Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
- Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- 2 professional references required: at least one from a manager or director; charge nurse acceptable for second reference
