Tax Senior Manager

Overview:

You will be responsible for ensuring timely billing and collection, alongside delivering exceptional client satisfaction through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate tax services for multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in all tax-related matters.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development.
• Drive firm growth through active participation in business development and management initiatives.
• Exhibit industry and technical expertise in accounting and tax principles, while demonstrating strong research and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic operating system knowledge.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in the field.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated abilities in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, relationship building, leadership, project management, and business development.

This position offers a hybrid work option, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work based in Wooster.
