Position Overview
No insurance or sales background? No problem. Myra Howard State Farm is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative in Richmond, VA and provides paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching from day one, so you can learn the industry and build a real skill set while you earn.
Responsibilities- Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer’s needs and goals
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- Participate in product training and licensing coursework
- No prior sales experience required — we will train you
- Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
- Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
- Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
- Base salary plus performance-based commission

Pay range: $60,000-$80,000 per year
