HR Generalist
The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate complex labor laws, foster a positive company culture, and manage the full employee lifecycle with professionalism and discretion. This role is key in aligning HR strategies with business goals and ensuring the firm remains a premier place to work.
This position is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive base salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities- Talent Lifecycle Management: Direct the entire employment process by sourcing mission-aligned candidates, facilitating seamless onboarding, and executing strategic initiatives to boost staff retention and engagement.
- Policy Governance & Compliance: Author and update organizational handbooks while ensuring all internal procedures strictly adhere to federal, state, and local labor regulations and equity standards.
- Advisory & Conflict Resolution: Act as a primary consultant for leadership and staff on sensitive personnel matters, conducting objective workplace investigations and fostering a culture of professional mediation.
- Operational Systems & Data Integrity: Oversee HRIS administration and data analytics to produce actionable reports on workforce trends, while ensuring the accuracy of compensation, benefits, and personnel documentation.
- Performance & Growth Cultivation: Orchestrate professional development programs and performance appraisal cycles, focusing on skill acquisition, goal alignment, and the promotion of a diverse and inclusive work environment.
