Your Responsibilities Reporting to the Call Center Manager, you will:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and text messages
- Schedule, confirm, and update transportation appointments
- Make courtesy and confirmation calls
- Collect and enter accurate data into our systems
- Able to demonstrate empathy in challenging situations
- Make outbound calls for appointment coordination
- Follow all department procedures and quality standards
- Stay up to date on policies and protocols
- Support team efforts to ensure exceptional client experience and department productivity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods
- Able to pass a Level II background check
- 4% matched 401(k) after one year.
