Position Overview
A long‑term care facility in Thermopolis, WY is seeking an experienced Travel Director of Nursing for an immediate start. This role requires a confident, hands‑on nursing leader who can oversee clinical operations, support staff, and ensure high‑quality resident care in a fast‑paced LTC/SNF environment.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of DON experience
- Active WY RN license or Compact RN license
- BLS
- Clean Nursys report required
- Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory compliance skills
- Ability to support floor staff as needed and maintain survey readiness
- Location: Thermopolis, WY
- Start: ASAP
- Schedule: Mostly days
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Pay: $3,246/week gross
