Requirements: 2+ years of proven experience as an Occupational Therapist | experience treating lymphedema
Required Education:- Master’s degree from an accredited.
- Occupational Therapy program (unless grandfathered in under Bachelor’s degree).

Duties
Job Summary: Evaluates and treats all referred occupational therapy patients according to physician’s orders.
Job Responsibilities:- Consistently performs initial patient evaluations including administering appropriate tests/measures, identifies impairments and functional limitations.
- Establishes initial plan of treatment in conjunction with the patient/caregiver.
- Promptly selects and administers treatment strategies based on current physician orders and established treatment plans.
- Correctly and consistently identifies functional improvement and goal attainment on a regular basis, supported by documented subjective and objective changes.
- Promptly updates treatment plans and goals per department standards.
- Consistently completes documentation following department standard and timeframes.
- Documentation reflects skilled intervention and supports therapeutic interventions as reasonable and necessary.
- Continually works to achieve productivity per department standards and completes job duties in an efficient and effective manner.
- Home Health Care: Consistently complies with applicable rules and regulations. Demonstrates compliance with documentation, adheres to the National Patient Safety Standards.
- Demonstrates responsible utilization of resources for each patient and actively participates in department PI activities.

- Minimum two (2) years of occupational therapy experience.
Education
Required Education:--One of the following is required:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, if grandfathered (obtained prior to 2007).
- N/A
- Wisconsin state license as an Occupational Therapist within Three (3) months of hire.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS).
