Sales Associate

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys customer interaction, and isn’t afraid to hustle both on the phone and out on the lot.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Build relationships with customers in person, over the phone, and online
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and financing options
Maintain a positive presence on the showroom floor and dealership lot
Work as part of a team to hit sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and people skills
Comfortable making phone calls and following up with customers
Self-motivated with a “go-getter” mentality
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Valid driver’s license required
