Seasonal Driver (Full Time and Part Time Available)

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
- Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and create a memorable first impression.
- Pick up and deliver guest luggage between rooms and vehicles, keeping work areas and vehicles clean and organized.
- Valet guest vehicles with care, professionalism, and attention to safety.
- Deliver packages, faxes, prescriptions, and perform errands for guests, including outgoing and incoming mail handling.
- Assist with safe guest transportation between the property, airports, train/bus stations, and local hotels, ensuring comfort and providing information about the property and surroundings.
- Support seamless arrivals and departures by coordinating luggage pick-up, delivery, and other guest needs.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Ability to operate a standard shift vehicle; 1–2 years of prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Previous resort experience preferred; knowledge of the Berkshires desired.
- Proficient with Windows operating system; physically able to lift guest luggage as needed.
- Excellent customer service abilities.

PAY RANGE: $18.00 - $18.72 / hour
