Machine Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical production equipment. You will execute preventative maintenance schedules, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and minimize equipment downtime to support continuous plant operations.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine scheduled maintenance on production machinery, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures and carry out necessary repairs or parts replacements.
- Installation & Alignment: Assemble, install, level, and align new manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems.
- System Inspections: Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluid levels, and filters; execute lubrication routines according to operational manuals.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce OSHA safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or trade certificate in mechanical/electrical maintenance preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand/power tools, electrical schematics, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and stand or bend for long shifts.
