Key Responsibilities:
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring accurate and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or special dining services.
- Monitor and restock condiments, utensils, and other dining essentials as needed.
- Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage but not required. We are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry/lift items as needed.
