Manager - Legal Partner Recruitment
Working closely with the Director, this role takes the lead on lateral growth, identifying and engaging the legal talent that will define the firm’s future. Experience: Proven track record in partner-level legal recruiting (either in-house at a law firm or within a specialized search firm).
Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal skills, with the ability to craft sophisticated, "white-glove" outreach messages to high-profile attorneys.
Salary: $100-120,000 with a discretionary end of year bonus and annual review. Benefits: 100% employer paid for the employee health, dental, vision, generous 6% 401k with additional match.

Responsibilities- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep research on industry trends, competitor movements, and potential partner-level candidates to inform growth strategies.
- Direct Outreach & Engagement: Lead tailored communication and relationship-building with high-level candidates in collaboration with leadership.
- Pipeline & Data Management: Oversee the recruiting lifecycle by tracking progress and maintaining organized, accurate candidate data.
- Material Preparation & Logistics: Create high-quality profiles and interview briefs while managing all scheduling and logistics for a seamless candidate experience.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Manage relationships with external recruiters and execute brand-building events to generate new lateral recruiting leads.
